Feronia

Feronia is a 2D narrative adventure game built in the Unity engine. It follows the story of a young woman named Lily who must piece together her traumatic past while navigating an imaginary forest.

The game features a barrier mechanic, which allows the player to fire projectiles which draw physical boundaries within the environment. These can be used imaginatively to achieve many goals. Most notably they can be used to trap enemies and create platforms to navigate obstacles. Its use is important as there is no way to damage enemies, and the player must evade threats.

Also features an original soundtrack and voice acting.

A student project developed over 8 months by a programmer, 2 artists and 3 writers at Falmouth University.
